    I particularly like Seaside for buyers who want a second home they can truly settle into rather than simply a small vacation property. The 30-day rental minimum also provides useful flexibility: owners can enjoy their home themselves, take advantage of Key West's popular monthly seasonal rental market when they're away, or pursue longer-term rental income.

    For buyers who don't need to be in the middle of Old Town and value space, privacy, amenities, and newer construction, Seaside Residences deserves a serious look.
